I can't believe what a long weekend it was, or that I am still awake! I did not sleep last night, and finally managed to get the 2nd podcast 'finished' at 6:30am.

What a learning curve that was..

It is the most bizzare experience, talking into a microphone in an empty room. Trying to get you thoughts to make words, to form sentences, and say enough sense, in the short time you have, to make it flow, and 'keep it real', and of course...............................................................................it takes forever!!

So many thoughts that you need to keep them organised, but you can't just read them off a page. You need to be spontaneous, but you need a plan too..
